IATF 16949 - and how GUKSA supports you

GUKSA has dealt intensively with the new IATF 16949 to make the complexity and scope of this standard transparent to you. The results have been coordinated in a workgroup between our management and TÜV NORD CERT GmbH. You can get more information here.

A comparison with the old ISO/TS 16949: 2009 standard enables you to directly recognize the differences and innovations. Our tool allows you to define specific actions to appropriately adapt your processes. With our GAP-Analysis you also get the chance to see the maturity of the implementation of the IATF 16949 requirements in your company in a GAP matrix based on various criteria. Additionaly, the effort in expenses and costs can be entered for each requirement to generate a graphical overview for your management. Extensive filter and selection options facilitate targeted processing and evaluation.

GAP analysis: Identify and evaluate new requirements…

With our newly developed module GAP analysis you receive a structured overview of the changes and can evaluate them specifically with regard to:

  • Your affected processes
  • The degree of implementation of the new requirements in the current QM system
  • The complexity of the implementation effort
  • The knowledge regarding the necessary requirements' implementation
  • The effort measured in time and cost

As a result you receive a GAP-Map (similar to a risk matrix), which displays the current situation in regard to achieving the IATF system maturity. In another diagram the efforts (time and costs) are visualized. You can also define actions for the implementation for each IATF requirement in your company.
