Your tasks
- The maintenance of customer data in our software

Your profile
- You have completed your technical/business studies with good results or can provide evidence of adequate training (e.g. technician) and have already gained relevant QM and project experience.
- You have a good grasp of the English language, both written and oral.
- You have completed training in QM/QA and have sound VDA and IATF 16949 knowledge as well as knowledge in the application of QM methods, such as FMEA, APQP, CIP, problem solving techniques, etc. Desirable would be experience as an auditor or equivalent.
- Preferably you are a trained environmental manager or alternatively have experience with environmental systems
- You should be able to build new concepts and systematically perform process-related analyses.
- Confident appearance, assertiveness, analytical problem-solving skills, teamwork and communication skills as well as mobility and flexibility complete your personality profile.
- You have an affinity for the use of software products
Your tasks
- You independently present software products and services to potential new customers
- Implementation and rollout of software products and services to existing customers
- You will be responsible for customer projects and will develop solutions for the implementation of the requirements, taking into account the respective customer situation.
- You independently perform system and process audits
- You will lead the project management at customers regarding the integration of our software solutions
- Your responsibilities will also include the development and verification of new services / software, as well as sales and acquisition at the customer
- You are willing to work as an auditor, project manager or trainer throughout Germany and internationally

Ihr Profil
- Sie haben Ihr technisch/ betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit gutem Ergebnis abgeschlossen oder können eine adäquate Ausbildung (z.B. Techniker/in) nachweisen und haben bereits einschlägige QM- und Projekterfahrungen gesammelt.
- Sie beherrschen die englische Sprache gut in Wort und Schrift.
- Sie haben eine Ausbildung im QM/QS Bereich abgeschlossen und besitzen fundierte VDA- und IATF 16949 Kenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von QM-Methoden, wie z.B. FMEA, APQP, KVP, Problemlösungstechniken etc. Wünschenswert wäre Erfahrung als Auditor oder Adäquates
- Vorzugsweise sind Sie ausgebildeter Umweltmanager oder haben alternativ Erfahrungen mit Umweltsystemen gesammelt
- Sie sollten neue Konzepte aufbauen und prozessbezogene Analysen systematisch durchführen können.
- Sicheres Auftreten, Durchsetzungsvermögen, analytische Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Mobilität und Flexibilität runden Ihr Persönlichkeitsprofil ab.
- Sie besitzen eine Affinität zu der Nutzung von Software-Produkte
Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie präsentieren eigenständig Software-Produkte und Services für potentielle Neukunden
- Implementierung und Einführung von Software-Produkten und Services bei Bestandskunden
- Sie betreuen eigenverantwortlich Projekte bei Kunden und erarbeiten unter Berücksichtigung der jeweiligen Kundensituation Lösungen für die Umsetzung der Forderungen
- Sie führen eigenständig System- und Prozessaudits durch
- Sie leiten bei Kunden das Projektmanagement bzgl. der Einbindung unserer Softwarelösungen
- Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst außerdem die Entwicklung und Verifizierung neuer Dienstleistungen / Software sowie Vertrieb und Akquisition beim Kunden
