MWith the new custom process assignment feature, we are expanding >CSR+ even more flexible and practical management of your customer-specific requirements.
Until now, the assignment of requirements to processes has been performed exclusively automatically via the integrated process reference matrix. This automatic assignment continues to serve as the basis for the structured evaluation of requirements. However, users can now manually adjust the suggested assignments as needed and assign requirements to the responsible processes in a more targeted manner.
As a result, >CSR+ offers companies a significantly higher degree of flexibility in evaluating and implementing customer-specific requirements. Particularly in cases involving complex organizational structures, varying areas of responsibility, or location-specific processes, the new feature enables an even more precise and efficient approach to handling requirements.
A particular advantage of custom process assignment is its high degree of adaptability to existing corporate structures. Process models do not need to be changed or laboriously adapted to reflect organizational specifics. Instead, requirements can be addressed precisely where they are actually handled, monitored, and implemented in practice.
This not only creates greater transparency throughout the entire requirements management process, but also enables a more targeted evaluation of requirements based on actual process responsibility.
With this enhancement, GUKSA continues to build on >CSR+ and creates additional flexibility for modern, process-oriented, and user-friendly requirements management. The new feature helps companies implement requirements in an even more flexible and transparent manner, aligning them more closely with the actual organization—for greater efficiency and greater certainty when handling complex, customer-specific requirements.
