Since the publication of the first edition in 1998, VDA Volume 6.3 has become the worldwide standard for process audits in the automotive industry.
The integration of the VDA 6.3 process audit into an existing quality management system contributes to the fulfillment of IATF-16949 requirements, customer-specific or certification requirements, and the representation of risk-related issues in the automotive supply chain. The results of the VDA 6.3 process audits serve to ensure process quality and increase customer satisfaction.
The aim of this VDA 6.3 2023 Information event is to provide you with the knowledge through an in-depth presentation of the changes so that they are taken into account in the process audits to be performed.
Furthermore, the contents of the elaborated interactions, between the VDA Volume 6.3 and the IATF 16949 requirements, offer you to reflect potential weaknesses in the quality management system.

Target group and participants
The event is aimed at process auditors as well as people from the areas of development, purchasing, production and quality representatives who want to integrate the changes in their company and update their knowledge.
The seminar is not accepted for certified process auditors by the VDA QMC for the VDA 6.3 Upgrade.

Number of participants
The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 12 people.
Participants should bring a laptop to the course if possible.
Seminar documents and certificate of attendance
The course documentation and certificates of attendance will be provided by GUKSA GmbH for all participants.
All case studies and workshops can be worked on with the laptop, so that the results can be used later in the company.

Upon completion of the seminar, seminar participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
Resources
Seminar room, flip chart, beamer and pin boards will be provided by the organizer.
Please bring the current version of the VDA volume 6.3 to the seminar.
Seminar costs
Price for the training per participant: flat rate € 390.00
plus VAT (in addition. travel and hotel costs on site seminar).
Invoices will be issued after the seminar has taken place and are to be paid net within 30 days.

Certified 1st / 2nd party auditors IATF 16949 (VDA QMC), process auditors VDA 6.3 (VDA QMC), as well as VDA 6.3 trainer/examiner at TÜV-Nord Akademie.
The trainers have years of experience in conducting process audits according to VDA 6.3. Based on their in-depth experience, many situations, the most common problems and peculiarities as well as questions from practice will be explained to you.
